I’ll be honest. I have not worn a full face of makeup in weeks. I am lucky enough to be working from home at the moment, which has changed my entire morning routine. Quarantine aside, I usually only wear minimal makeup for work. I am not a morning person and I wake up at the last possible second haha! Since we have started using Zoom for meetings, I usually put on a hint of makeup to appear more awake and presentable. Here are the steps I have been following:
Brows: I start by applying a tinted brow gel to help fill in sparse areas and make my brows appear more even.Concealer: I apply a concealer that matches my skin tone under my eyes and on any spots. I find that just a hint of coverage under my eyes helps wake up my entire face!
Cream Blush Stick- I love the Nudestix all-over color sticks! I love that they apply evenly to the skin and can be applied to a bare face. I also love that this product can be applied to the eyes, checks and lips. I apply this (in shade Sunkissed) in the crease of my eyes, to my cheeks and to my lips.Highlight– I dab a little bit of a cream highlighter stick (Benefit Watts Up) on to the tops of my cheekbones and to the bridge of my nose.Lashes– For my last step, I curl my lashes. To make the curl last, I hit my lash curler with my blowdryer for a few seconds to warm it up. The heat acts like a curling iron for your lashes! This routine takes me less than five minutes, and helps me to feel more confident during Zoom meetings for work. Has anyone else been putting on makeup for Zoom?!
