The Spring Style Edit

Spring is finally here! Time to put away those sweaters and boots and bring out the sundresses and sandals! I love the start of a new season. I can throw out my dreary winter mentality and have a fresh start. One of my favorite things to do at the start of a new season is clean out my wardrobe. I donate or sell the things I am no longer using, and figure out what items I may be lacking to spice things up for spring.  In this collage, I combined some of the pieces that will be staples in my wardrobe this spring. I strongly believe that adding in a few new items can make a massive difference in your closet!

The Wrap Dress– This style of dress is making a huge comeback this season. I saw this adorable heart-print one on Kate (A Lonestar Southern) and had to buy it! Not only is the print adorable, this dress is extremely affordable! Stay tuned for an outfit post with this dress.

The Vintage Jeans– I had been on the hunt for the perfect pair of high-rise vintage jeans for MONTHS. I finally found my perfect fit in the Levi’s wedgie icon jeans. They are a true classic high-rise fit with little stretch. While I wish I could have found a pair at a secondhand store, I was fine splurging on these since the fit was great. These jeans look amazing with a bodysuit/crop top and slides. Will definitely be using these all throughout spring and the seasons to come!

The Medallion Necklace- I have spotted this style of necklace on so many celebrities and bloggers. It’s the perfect accessory to add to almost any spring top or dress.

The Mule– I can’t imagine a more perfect shoe for spring. Mules provide coverage while still having a casual feel with the exposed back. I definitely want to get my hands on this brown leather pair ASAP.

The Straw Bag– Another item I have spotted on numerous celebs and bloggers! The straw material adds such a fun spring/summer vibe to any outfit. I especially like the circle shaped straw cross-body bags.

The Gingham Print Bikini– Gingham was a huge trend last spring and summer and it looks like it will be a major trend again this year. When I spotted this bikini on Forever21’s website, I couldn’t believe the price! The red gingham print is adorable and the high cut is so on trend!

I hope this post provided some inspiration for those of you shopping for new spring pieces!  As always, everything in the collage is linked according to the corresponding numbers at the bottom of the picture.

  1. Oh my god I love ALL OF THIS! BTW: I’m not sure if you have them in the US, but for vintage fit jeans, the only ones I’ve ever found that fit perfectly are Ragged Priest. Their sizing is really detailed and they fit like a dream xx
